Past speakers at SVA conferences have included Medal of Honor recipients, filmmakers and actors, and some of this country’s most prominent leaders, such as former President George W. Bush and former Vice President Joe Biden.

In addition to such keynote speeches, SVA’s NatCon also features sessions that help student veterans navigate the challenges of transitioning out of the military, succeed in school, build a welcoming campus environment for fellow vets and set themselves up for post-graduation success.

The largest organization of veterans in higher education, Student Veterans of America represents more than 600,000 student vets across about 1,500 SVA chapters on campuses across the country, according to the group.
